Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist responsible for plasma collection via venipuncture and pheresis, ensuring donor safety, process efficiency, and compliance with SOPs, FDA guidelines, and safety protocols. Responsibilities: perform donor set-up, monitor and troubleshoot equipment, manage donor flow, record data accurately, and handle donor reactions; may educate donors about plasma products and hyperimmune programs. Requirements: high school diploma; minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in phlebotomy or healthcare environment; ability to perform venipuncture, troubleshoot equipment, and maintain safety standards. Preferred: bilingual skills; experience with plasma collection or in a medical setting.
