Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist providing specimen collection and customer service in a healthcare laboratory setting. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary draws for all age groups, process specimens, accurately enter patient data, and handle billing and administrative duties. Requirements: High school diploma or GED, certification or training in phlebotomy, or 3+ months of experience; strong communication and customer service skills; reliable transportation and ability to pass color blindness test. Preferred: 6+ months of experience as a phlebotomist; proven customer service track record. High-Value: focus on specimen collection for diagnostics, including drug screens, paternity, and alcohol tests; work in clinical or client offices; schedule Mon-Fri 8am-5pm with rotating weekends; potential eligibility for incentive bonuses.
