Phlebotomist

Role: Plasma collection technician responsible for performing and monitoring pheresis procedures, ensuring donor safety, product quality, and process efficiency. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture, monitor and troubleshoot equipment, record donor data, educate donors, and maintain a safe, compliant environment. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; minimum 6 months' experience as a phlebotomist or in healthcare; familiarity with SOPs, FDA guidelines, and equipment calibration. Preferred: prior experience in a medical or healthcare setting; bilingual skills may be advantageous. High-Value: focuses on blood/plasma donation, adherence to GxP, OSHA, HSE policies; physical ability to stand, lift, and perform manual tasks; environment includes exposure to blood-borne pathogens and hazardous chemicals.
