Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist responsible for blood collection and specimen processing in clinical settings; provides customer service and administrative support. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary draws, collect specimens for various tests, ensure accurate data entry, prepare samples for testing, maintain logs, and support billing. Requirements: High school diploma or GED; certification or training in phlebotomy from an accredited agency or 3+ months experience; proven customer service skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; reliable transportation; flexibility for overtime and travel. Preferred: 1+ year experience, including pediatric and geriatric patients; bilingual skills; strong communication skills.
