Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist providing blood collection and specimen processing services at Riverside Hospital, Jacksonville, with a focus on patient care and accurate data handling. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary collections across all ages, process specimens, document patient info, and provide customer service; may include billing and administrative duties; travel to additional sites as needed. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; minimum 3 months of phlebotomy experience; reliable transportation if applicable. Preferred: certification or completed training from an accredited agency; over 6 months of experience; proven customer service skills, effective communication, ability to work independently or in teams, and pass a color blindness test.
