Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist responsible for blood collection, specimen processing, and delivering quality customer service in diagnostic testing environments. Responsibilities include venipuncture and capillary draws across all ages, specimen handling for various tests, accurate data entry, billing, and specimen prep, along with administrative duties and site travel as needed. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent with preferred 1+ years of phlebotomy experience or certification from an accredited agency; strong communication skills, customer service focus, ability to work independently, and pass a color blindness test. High-Value: Diagnostic testing, specimen collection for drug screens, paternity, alcohol tests, potential for performance incentives, and work in Patient Service Centers or client sites. Work setup: Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm with potential for overtime, travel, and flexible hours.
