Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist providing blood collection and specimen processing services across various patient age groups, primarily in Wilmington, DE. Responsibilities include venipuncture, specimen handling, data entry, billing, and ensuring specimen integrity for diagnostic testing; delivering excellent patient service and administrative duties; and traveling to additional sites as needed. Requirements: High school diploma or GED, certification or training in phlebotomy, or 3+ months experience; preferred 1+ year of experience. Skills: strong communication, customer service, ability to work independently or in teams, reliable transportation, flexibility for overtime, passing color blindness test.
