Phlebotomist

Role: Plasma collection technician responsible for donor plasma collection via venipuncture and pheresis, ensuring compliance with SOPs and FDA guidelines. Responsibilities: perform donor monitoring, set-up, and disconnect; evaluate vein performance; educate donors; monitor donor reactions; record incidents and data accurately; troubleshoot equipment issues; ensure safety and maintain a clean work environment; and support process efficiency. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; minimum 12 months experience in healthcare or related field preferred; for CA centers, certification as a Certified Phlebotomy Technician I or current RN license required.
