Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist responsible for blood collection, specimen processing, and providing exceptional patient service across Labcorp locations. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary draws, handle specimens for various tests, ensure accurate data entry, manage specimen logs, process billing, and support administrative tasks. May require travel to additional sites. Requirements: high school diploma or GED, phlebotomy certification or equivalent training/experience (3+ months), proven customer service skills, strong communication, ability to work independently, reliable transportation. Preferred: 1+ year of phlebotomy experience. HighValue: clinical specimen collection, patient interaction, processing diverse tests (drug screens, paternity, alcohol), working in a healthcare diagnostics environment, flexible schedule including occasional overtime, working at Patient Service Centers or client sites. WorkSetup: on-site with potential travel; schedule Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm plus rotating Saturdays.
