Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist responsible for blood collection and specimen processing at Labcorp in Pembroke, NC. Objectives: provide high-quality patient service, ensure specimen integrity, and support laboratory operations. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary collections across all age groups, handle specimens for various tests, accurately input data, process billing, and maintain records; travel to additional sites as needed. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent, certification or completed training in phlebotomy, or 6+ months experience; pass color blindness test, flexibility for overtime, strong communication and customer service skills, ability to work independently or in teams. Preferred: 1+ year of phlebotomy experience. High-Value: clinical specimen collection, patient service, specimen processing, data entry, and travel flexibility. Work setup: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with potential travel to other sites.
