Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist responsible for specimen collection, patient interaction, and data entry within diagnostic or clinical testing environments. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary draws across all ages, process specimens, ensure accurate documentation, and provide excellent customer service. May involve administrative tasks and travel to other sites. Requirements: high school diploma or GED; certification or training in phlebotomy or 3+ months experience; proven customer service skills; ability to work independently or in teams; reliable transportation; pass color blindness test. Preferred: 1+ year of phlebotomy experience with pediatric patients.
