Role: Phlebotomist providing specimen collection and customer service in a Patient Service Center. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture/capillary draws across all age groups, process samples, document data accurately, and handle billing when needed; maintain specimen logs and ensure specimen quality; deliver exceptional patient service; perform administrative duties and travel between sites as required. Requirements: high school diploma or GED; certified or completed training in phlebotomy, or 3+ months experience; ability to pass color blindness test; excellent communication, customer service, and teamwork skills; reliable transportation; flexibility for overtime and travel. Preferred: 1+ year of phlebotomy experience, pediatric collection experience.
