Role: Plasma donor phlebotomist responsible for performing venipuncture, monitoring pheresis procedures, and ensuring donor and product safety. Responsibilities include donor setup, vein evaluation, troubleshooting equipment, collecting samples, and maintaining accurate electronic records per SOPs and FDA guidelines. Also involves donor education, reaction management, and ensuring a clean, safe work environment. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; at least 6 months (external) or completion of CSL Plasma DST training (internal); minimum 12 months experience in a healthcare setting or as a phlebotomist preferred. Skills include manual dexterity, ability to work standing for extended periods, and handling hazardous materials; bilingual skills may be advantageous.
