Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist responsible for blood collection and specimen processing in clinical testing environments. Responsibilities include venipuncture, specimen prep, data entry, billing, and providing customer service across all age groups; may require travel to multiple sites. Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 1+ year of phlebotomy experience or certification from an accredited agency; excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to work independently; reliable transportation; pass color blindness test. Preferred: Point of care experience. High-Value: Specimen collection for diagnostic testing, including drug screens and paternity tests; work in clinical or client settings; flexible schedule covering evenings, weekends, and possibly overtime; opportunity for growth and performance-based bonuses. Work setup: Onsite at Patient Service Centers or client offices with travel as needed.
