Role: Phlebotomist responsible for blood collection, specimen processing, and patient interactions in a clinical setting. Objectives include providing high-quality specimen collection across all age groups, ensuring accurate data entry and specimen handling, and delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities encompass performing venipuncture, collecting specimens for various tests, maintaining logs, and supporting administrative tasks. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years of clinical/phlebotomy experience preferred; current or completed accredited certification; strong communication and customer service skills; ability to work independently in a high-volume environment.
