Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist responsible for specimen collection, patient interaction, and administrative duties in a diagnostic testing environment. Objectives include accurate blood draws, specimen processing, and delivering high-quality customer service. Responsibilities encompass venipuncture, specimen handling for various tests, data entry, billing, and specimen prep; travel to additional sites as needed. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; preferred 1+ years of phlebotomy experience or certification from an accredited agency; strong communication and customer service skills; ability to work independently; pass a color blindness test.
