Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist providing blood collection and specimen processing at a client site in Asheville, NC. Primary objectives include ensuring accurate venipuncture and specimen handling, delivering high-quality patient service, and maintaining precise data and specimen records. Responsibilities encompass blood draw procedures, specimen preparation, data entry, billing, and administrative tasks. Qualifications: High school diploma/GED; certification or training in phlebotomy from an accredited agency or 3+ months experience; ability to pass color blindness test and work flexible hours, including overtime. Preferred: 1+ year of phlebotomy experience. High-Value: Client site engagement, specimen collection, patient service, clerical accuracy, potential travel to additional sites. Work setup: Mon–Fri, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with eligibility for benefits including sign-on bonus and performance incentives; travel as needed.
