Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist responsible for blood collection, specimen processing, and patient interactions at Labcorp. Objectives: deliver accurate specimen collection for diagnostic testing and ensure high-quality customer service. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary draws, process specimens, maintain logs, and handle administrative tasks; travel to additional sites as needed. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED, valid California Phlebotomy License, and ability to pass a color blindness test. Preferred: 1+ months of phlebotomy experience, prior Labcorp experience. High-Value: routine diagnostic specimen collection, customer service focus, work in Patient Service Centers or client sites, flexible schedule including overtime, and potential participation in incentive bonus programs. Work Setup: on-site with possible travel; flexible hours, Monday–Friday with overtime and rotating weekends.
