Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist responsible for plasma collection via pheresis, ensuring donor safety, process efficiency, and compliance with SOPs and FDA guidelines. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture, monitor and adjust donor procedures, educate donors about plasma donation and safety, troubleshoot equipment, document incidents and donor data accurately, and maintain a safe, clean environment. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; minimum 6 months experience as a phlebotomist (preferably 1+ year); experience in a healthcare setting highly regarded. Skills: manual dexterity, ability to handle hazardous materials, adherence to safety protocols, and effective communication.
