Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist providing blood collection and specimen processing services at Labcorp's Bear, DE location, supporting diagnostics and research. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture/capillary draws, collect and prepare specimens for testing, accurately document patient info, process billing, and ensure specimen integrity. Engage in exceptional patient/customer service, perform administrative duties, and travel to additional sites as needed. Requirements: high school diploma or GED; certification or training in phlebotomy or 3+ months experience; strong communication skills; reliable transportation; pass color blindness test. Preferred: 1+ year of phlebotomy experience. HighValue: specimen collection, customer service, data entry, working in clinical or diagnostic settings, flexibility for overtime and travel.
