Role: The position is for a Phlebotomist responsible for blood collection and specimen processing in a clinical setting. Primary objectives include performing venipuncture, collecting various specimens for diagnostic testing, and ensuring specimen integrity and accurate data entry. Responsibilities extend to patient interaction, specimen preparation, and administrative tasks such as billing and documentation. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; at least 1 year of phlebotomy experience (preferred 2+ years in outpatient labs); certification or completed training from an accredited agency; strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills; ability to work independently, pass a color blindness test, and travel as needed.
