Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist responsible for blood collection, specimen processing, and providing excellent customer service within a clinical laboratory setting. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary draws for all ages, process specimens for testing, enter patient data accurately, and handle administrative tasks, including billing and specimen logs. May travel to additional sites as needed. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent, certification or training in phlebotomy, or 3+ months experience; strong communication skills, customer service focus, and ability to work independently or in teams. Preferred: 1+ year of experience.
