Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist providing blood collection and specimen processing services in a clinical laboratory setting. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws across all age groups; collect specimens for various tests; accurately enter patient data; prepare specimens for analysis; maintain logs; deliver excellent customer service; execute administrative tasks; travel between sites as needed. Requirements: high school diploma or GED; phlebotomy certification or 3+ months experience; proven customer service skills; strong communication; ability to work independently; reliable transportation; pass color blindness test.
