Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist responsible for blood collection and specimen processing at Labcorp, supporting diagnostic testing and patient care. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary draws across all age groups, handle specimen preparation, ensure accurate data entry, and provide exceptional customer service; may involve administrative duties and travel to additional sites. Requirements: high school diploma or GED; certification or training in phlebotomy from an accredited agency, or >3 months experience; proven customer service skills and strong communication. Preferred: ≥1 year of phlebotomy experience with diverse patients. WorkSetup: in-office with travel as needed; schedule Monday-Friday, rotating Saturdays; pay range $17.75-$24.50/hour; eligible for benefits and performance-based bonuses.
