Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist providing blood specimen collection and customer service in a clinical setting. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary collections for diverse patient groups, process and prepare specimens, enter patient data accurately, and handle administrative tasks including billing. Also involves specimen transport, documentation, and site travel as needed. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; preferred certification or 3+ months experience as a Phlebotomist from an accredited agency; strong communication skills, customer service orientation, and ability to work independently or with minimal supervision. High-Value: patient specimen collection, blood draw techniques, specimen processing, data entry, customer service. Additional: flexibility for overtime and travel; work in a healthcare diagnostics environment. Location: Eugene, OR; work schedule: Mon–Fri with potential overtime and site travel; work environment includes Patient Service Centers and client sites.
