Role: Plasma collection technician responsible for performing pheresis procedures, donor monitoring, equipment calibration, troubleshooting, and data recording to ensure efficient plasma collection aligned with SOPs and FDA guidelines. Responsibilities: manage donor set-up and disconnection, evaluate vein performance, educate donors, respond to donor reactions, monitor equipment alarms, perform incident documentation, and maintain a clean work environment. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; minimum 6 monthsβ experience as a phlebotomist or in healthcare; familiarity with medical environments; ability to operate and troubleshoot collection equipment; strong attention to safety and confidentiality. Preferred: additional experience or training in blood/plasma collection.
