Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist providing blood collection and specimen processing services in a clinical laboratory setting. Objectives include accurate specimen collection, data entry, and customer service across diverse patient populations. Responsibilities encompass performing venipuncture, specimen handling, administrative tasks, and travel to additional sites as needed. Requirements: high school diploma or GED, certification or training in phlebotomy, with at least 3 months experience; preferred: 1+ year of phlebotomy experience. High-Value: working in diagnostic lab environment, supporting clinical testing, and delivering high-quality patient care. Collaboration involves interaction with patients, administrative staff, and possibly other clinical personnel. Work setup: onsite in Fairlawn, NJ, with potential travel; schedule Monday to Friday with rotating Saturdays.
