Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist providing blood collection services in a clinical setting, primarily at the Austin TX patient service center. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary draws for all age groups, handle specimen processing, data entry, billing, and provide exceptional customer service. Also responsible for specimen preparation, maintaining logs, and supporting administrative tasks, with potential site travel. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years' clinical/phlebotomy experience preferred, especially with diverse patient groups; current or previous LabCorp experience advantageous. Additional standards include certification or accredited training, ability to pass a color blindness test, and flexibility for overtime.
