Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary draws, handle specimens for various tests, accurately document patient data, process billing, and ensure specimen integrity; deliver excellent patient service and support administrative tasks. Requirements: high school diploma or GED; certification or training in phlebotomy or minimum 3 months experience; strong communication skills; reliable transportation; ability to work independently and flexibly, including overtime and travel to other sites. Preferred: over one year of phlebotomy experience.
