Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist responsible for blood collection, specimen processing, and patient service across multiple healthcare settings. Objectives: perform accurate blood draws, ensure specimen integrity, and deliver exceptional customer care. Responsibilities: execute venipuncture and capillary collections for all ages, handle specimen preparation, complete data entry, and support administrative duties; may travel to additional sites. Requirements: High school diploma or GED; phlebotomy certification or relevant training, or 3+ months experience; proven customer service skills; reliable transportation; pass color blindness test. Preferred qualifications include 2+ years of experience. HighValue: clinical specimen collection, patient interaction, data management, working in a regulated (GxP) environment; flexible schedule including overtime; work in patient service centers or client offices. Collaboration occurs with healthcare staff and administrative teams. Work setup: onsite in Middletown, OH, with travel as needed; schedule Monday-Friday 7:30 am–4:00 pm, with Saturday rotation.
