Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist providing specimen collection and customer service in an inpatient hospital setting. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary collections for all ages, handle specimen processing, data entry, billing, and administrative duties; ensure specimen integrity and provide exceptional patient care; travel to additional sites as needed. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; preferred phlebotomy certification; 6+ months experience; strong communication and customer service skills; ability to work independently; reliable transportation; flexible schedule including overtime; pass color blindness test. HighValue: inpatient hospital, specimen collection, patient interaction, data management, and transportation. WorkSetup: Monday-Friday, 2PM-10:30PM, every other weekend; location Detroit, MI; travel required.
