Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist providing blood collection services at Labcorp's Wilmington, NC Patient Service Center. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws across all age groups; collect specimens for various tests; accurately enter patient data; process specimens; maintain logs; deliver excellent customer service; handle administrative tasks; travel to additional sites as needed. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; phlebotomy certification or training, or 6+ months experience; ability to pass color blindness test; flexible for overtime; strong communication and customer service skills; capability to work independently or in team settings. Preferred: 1+ year phlebotomy experience.
