Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist responsible for specimen collection, processing, and customer service in a clinical laboratory setting. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary draws for all ages, collect various tests (drug screens, paternity, alcohol), accurately record patient data, process specimens for testing, and handle administrative tasks including billing and specimen logs. Requirements: high school diploma; preferred certification or 6+ months experience as a phlebotomist; proven customer service skills, strong communication, ability to work independently, and pass a color blindness test.
