Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist at a medical clinic, responsible for specimen collection, specimen processing, data entry, and providing patient care. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary draws for all ages, process specimens for testing, ensure accurate documentation, and deliver excellent customer service; may include administrative tasks and travel to additional sites. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years of phlebotomy experience or certification from an accredited agency; strong communication and customer service skills; ability to work independently; pass color blindness test. Preferred: prior Labcorp experience; flexibility for overtime and travel.
