Role: Plasma donation technician responsible for performing pheresis procedures, donor monitoring, and ensuring product quality and donor safety. Responsibilities include venipuncture, equipment calibration, troubleshooting, data recording, donor education, and maintaining a compliant, safe work environment. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum 6 months' experience as a phlebotomist or in healthcare; ability to perform manual tasks and stand for extended periods; knowledge of SOPs, safety protocols, and blood-borne pathogen precautions. Preferred: 1+ year healthcare experience, bilingual skills, previous CSL Plasma DST training. High-Value: Biological plasma collection, donor monitoring, equipment troubleshooting, safety and compliance adherence, potential involvement in hyper immune programs. Work setup: physical role with extended standing, lifting up to 25 pounds, and overtime as needed; environment involves exposure to chemicals, pathogens, and extreme temperatures.
