Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist providing blood collection and specimen processing at Labcorp's Mishawaka, Indiana Patient Service Center. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary draws, collect specimens for various tests, ensure accurate data entry, process billing, maintain specimen logs, and deliver exceptional customer service. May include travel to additional sites. Requirements: high school diploma/GED, 1+ year phlebotomy experience; preferably 2+ years in outpatient labs; certification or accredited training if less experience. Skills: strong communication, customer service focus, ability to work independently or with a team, reliability, and flexibility for overtime.
