Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist responsible for specimen collection and patient service at Labcorp's NJ location. Primary objectives include performing blood draws, processing specimens, and ensuring accurate data entry while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities encompass venipuncture, specimen handling, administrative tasks, and occasional site travel. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED; phlebotomy certification or completed training from an accredited agency, or 3+ months of experience; preferred 1+ years of experience. Skills: strong communication, customer service excellence, ability to work independently or in teams, reliability, and flexibility. High-Value: clinical specimen collection, blood draws across all ages, handling various tests including drug screens, paternity, alcohol tests; work in a clinical or client office setting; potential for overtime; travel to multiple sites. Work setup: onsite with rotating Saturday shifts; travel as needed.
