Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist responsible for blood collection, specimen processing, and delivering exceptional patient service in a diagnostic testing environment. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary draws across age groups, handle specimen preparation, document patient and specimen info, process billing, and provide administrative support. Willingness to travel to multiple sites is required. Requirements: high school diploma or GED, certified or trained in phlebotomy, or ≥3 months experience; strong customer service, communication skills, and ability to work independently. Preferred: ≥1 year of phlebotomy experience; reliable transportation; flexibility for overtime and minimal supervision.
