Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist responsible for specimen collection and patient service in a clinical diagnostics setting. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture, capillary draws, and specimen processing; accurately record patient data; handle billing and specimen logistics; provide excellent customer service; and perform administrative duties. Requirements: high school diploma or GED; certification or training in phlebotomy, or 3+ months experience; strong communication, customer service, and reliability. Preferred: 1+ year of phlebotomy experience; ability to work independently and flexibly; pass color blindness test; reliable transportation.
