Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist responsible for specimen collection and patient interaction in a clinical laboratory setting. Objectives include performing blood draws across all ages, processing specimens, and ensuring accurate data entry and documentation. Responsibilities encompass specimen preparation, billing, providing customer service, and administrative duties, with potential site travel. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; preferred certification, training, or 6+ months experience as a phlebotomist. Skills include strong communication, customer service, and the ability to work independently or in teams, with reliability and flexibility for overtime. High-Value: clinical laboratory environment, blood collection for diagnostics, drug screens, or paternity testing; training/certification from an accredited agency; working under minimal supervision; travel as needed. Work setup: shift scheduled Monday-Friday, 10:00 pm–6:30 am, alternating weekends and holidays.
