Phlebotomist

Role: Plasma Donor Collection Technician responsible for efficient plasma collection via venipuncture and pheresis, ensuring donor safety, product quality, and compliance with SOPs and FDA guidelines. Responsibilities: perform donor setup, monitoring, and disconnect; evaluate vein performance; educate donors; respond to adverse reactions; record incidents and donor data; troubleshoot equipment; maintain a safe, clean environment; and support hyperimmune programs if applicable. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; at least 12 months in a healthcare or medical setting preferred; for California locations, must be a Certified Phlebotomy Technician I or a registered nurse.
