Would You Be a Great Phlebotomist?
As a Phlebotomist, you will collect plasma from donors with safety, accuracy, and efficiency. Reporting to the Center Manager, you will perform procedures with careful handling and precise documentation, following established protocols and safety standards. You will provide donors with a positive and professional experience.

What Youβll Bring
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1+ year of phlebotomy experience, preferably in a plasma setting.
- Proficient computer skills for data entry and electronic record management.
- Strong attention to detail; exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; adaptability; problem-solving ability; composure under pressure; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Comfort working around whole blood, blood plasma, and bio-waste.
