Role: Plasma donation technician responsible for collection, monitoring, and processing of plasma through pheresis procedures. Objectives: ensure efficient, safe, and compliant plasma collection aligned with SOPs and FDA guidelines. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture, set-up, monitor donor and equipment performance, troubleshoot technical issues, record donor data, educate donors as needed, and maintain a safe work environment. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; minimum 12 months healthcare or medical environment experience preferred. For California centers, must be a Certified Phlebotomy Technician I or a Registered Nurse licensed by the state.
