Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist responsible for blood collection, specimen processing, and customer service in a clinical setting. Responsibilities include performing venipuncture for all ages, collecting various tests (drug screens, paternity, alcohol), data entry, specimen preparation, and administrative duties, with potential travel to additional sites. Requirements: Valid Washington State Phlebotomy License or application in process, with at least 6 months of phlebotomy experience preferred. Skills: strong communication, customer service, ability to work independently, flexibility for overtime, and passing a color blindness test. Preferred: bilingual in Spanish and English.
