Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist providing blood collection services at a client site, ensuring specimen quality and patient care. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary draws, collect various tests (drug screens, paternity, alcohol), handle specimen processing, data entry, billing, and administrative duties; deliver exceptional customer service. Requirements: high school diploma/GED, phlebotomy certification or training from an accredited agency, or 3+ months of experience; ability to pass a color blindness test; dependable transportation for travel to multiple sites. Preferred: 1+ year of phlebotomy experience, strong communication skills, customer service orientation, flexibility for overtime.
