Phlebotomist

Role: Plasma donation technician responsible for performing pheresis procedures, donor monitoring, and ensuring product quality and donor safety. Responsibilities include venipuncture, equipment calibration and troubleshooting, donor education, data recording, and maintaining a safe, compliant work environment. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum 6-12 months experience in a healthcare or blood collection setting; proficiency in phlebotomy; ability to handle equipment and record data accurately. Preferred: Experience with blood or plasma collection, familiarity with FDA and SOP compliance, bilingual skills a plus. High-value: Involves plasma collection for therapeutic products, adherence to FDA guidelines, and working in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment. Work setup: Physical presence required, with extended hours and occasional lifting, exposure to hazards, and use of PPE.
