Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist providing blood collection and specimen processing services in a clinical setting. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary collections for all ages, handle specimens for various tests, ensure accurate data entry, process billing, prepare samples for testing, maintain logs, deliver excellent patient/customer service, and support administrative tasks; may travel to additional sites. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; minimum 1 year experience as a phlebotomist preferred, or certification from an accredited agency if less experienced; strong communication skills; reliable transportation; flexibility for overtime; pass color blindness test.
