Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist responsible for blood collection and specimen processing across diverse patient groups. Responsibilities include performing venipuncture, specimen handling, data entry, billing, and ensuring specimen quality, alongside providing excellent patient service. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED, valid California Phlebotomy License; preferred experience of 1+ month as a phlebotomist, familiarity with Labcorp procedures. Additional standards involve passing a color blindness test, strong communication, ability to work independently, and flexibility for overtime and travel.
