Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist responsible for specimen collection, patient interaction, and administrative duties within Labcorp's diagnostic and drug development testing services. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws, process specimens for testing, accurately record patient data, and ensure specimen quality. Also involves specimen processing, billing, and providing customer service; travel between sites may be required. Requirements: high school diploma or GED, phlebotomy certification or relevant training, 3+ months of experience or equivalent certification. Preferred: over one year of phlebotomy experience, proven customer service skills, effective communication, and reliability.
