Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist responsible for blood collection and specimen processing in a clinical laboratory setting. Objectives include providing accurate, efficient blood draws across all ages, ensuring specimen integrity, and delivering excellent patient service. Responsibilities encompass venipuncture, specimen documentation, billing, and administrative duties, with flexibility to travel to multiple sites. Requirements: High school diploma, 1+ year phlebotomy experience or certification from an accredited agency; strong customer service, communication, and reliability skills; ability to work independently and pass a color blindness test. Preferred: Phlebotomy certification or completed training program. High-Value: Clinical laboratory environment, specimen collection, patient interaction, minimal supervision, and potential travel. Work setup: Monday-Friday with rotating Saturday shifts; travel as needed.
